From the plateaus of Castilla Y Leon to coastal influences of Basque country, Spain's Northern half is home to a diverse mix of flavours, both on the food and wine side. At this small plates event, we'll make a vinous tour including Basque Txakoli, Verdejo from Rueda, Mencia from Bierzo, and of
