Salvatore is the reigning
ASI Best Sommelier of Europe & Africa. Born and raised in Sicily, near the slopes
of Mt. Etna, he left there as a young
adult to travel the world.
In doing so he discovered his passion
for food and wine. He has worked through Italy, and Europe, at various prestigious restaurants and resorts. He currently is a wine consultant and buyer for Friarwood Fine Wines in London, England.
Gaby Pozo
ECUADOR
Gaby Pozo is a sommelier,
President of the Ecuador Sommelier Association, as well as the CEO and co-founder of MUZE.
MUZE is an organic, vegan and
bean-to-bar chocolate crafted at origin. Gaby works with farmers
and their families to help rise them
out of poverty and generate
sustained growth.
