About the event
Experience the flavours of Central Italy with Chef Massimiliano (Max) Pintus. Chef Max was born in Sardinia but spent much of his early career working in Modena, Emilia Romagna, considered one of the world's gastronomic epicenters. Following his time in Modena, he moved to China to teach Italian cooking and run Italian restaurants. He has recently landed in Halifax. We are pleased to showcase his classic Italian fare with wines selected by sommelier and DeWolf Experiences owner, Mark DeWolf. Meal includes antipasti, pasta, a light main course and dessert.
