Host Mark DeWolf takes you to the Western Cape for an exploration of that region's increasingly sophisticated and nuanced wines, matched with the flavours of South Africa. South African cuisine is blend of the bounty of the ocean and land mixed with cultural influences including Malay, indigenous African, Dutch, Portuguese and English.
