The evening begins with a creative culinary twist: a chocolate-infused appetiser and main course, each thoughtfully paired with wine. These savoury dishes showcase how cacao’s earthy depth can elevate food well beyond the dessert table, bringing out surprising nuances in the wines chosen to accompany them.
From there, the spotlight turns to chocolate itself. Guests will be guided through four styles of organic Ecuadorian chocolate, each paired with a distinct wine.
