Embark on a culinary journey across Europe’s legendary wine-producing islands with a four-course, four-wine pairing experience. From the volcanic soils of Sicily and Sardinia to the sun-kissed Greek isles and the windswept cliffs of Madeira, each course highlights the distinct character of island wines, paired with dishes inspired by their coastal terroir. Guests will savour vibrant whites, bold reds, and fortified treasures alongside fresh seafood, rustic Mediterranean fare, and sweet island specialties. This immersive evening celebrates the rich heritage, diverse flavours, and unique traditions of Europe’s island vineyards, offering a rare opportunity to taste and explore these captivating wine cultures. The evening includes 4 courses, 4+ wines and instruction from renowned local sommelier, Mark DeWolf
